Yoga Poses with Jordi

Whenever I do yoga, which isn’t really that often, Jordi joins me with his own yoga poses. I call this one, which I caught on camera the last time I did yoga, Cat Rolling Around on the Carpet. I’m not sure what it is about cats and yoga, but my other cats, Chloe and Hector, were the same way. As soon as I started, they would saunter over and either lie next to me or do their own version of stretching. I like to believe it’s because cats have a sort of chill radar, meaning they can sense when you’re de-stressing and they want to soak up the good vibes.

So, if you’re feeling stressed this Caturday, try a couple of yoga poses or just roll around on the floor like Jordi, and . . .
